SATCHMO SUMMERFEST!
A couple of years, when I moved back to New Orléans from Los Angeles, I met a photographer named Syndey Byrd. She was looking for an intern and after meeting over a cup of tea and stories about her world travels and photography, she offered me the position and I accepted. During my short time … Read more
PURPLE & LIME GREEN COLOR SCHEME
There are a number of colors I love wearing together but there is something about purple and lime that gets me every time. EVACUATE NOLA x SHAS FITNESS
Toward the end of summer 2012, Hurricane Isaac spent its precious time hovering over New Orléans and the surrounding areas. Tone and I took the opportunity to spend the week in Houston. Le Quartier français et La Rivière de Mississippi
Tony and I recently spent a sunny afternoon downtown New Orléans on the river front, and the portion of our conversation that sticks out in my mind is the part about me not wanting to do digital photography. When we were in undergrad, I was a theater major but around my junior year, I found … Read more
QUILTED PHOTOGRAPHS… {RAGS, NO RICHES}
I photographed Tone wearing a Chaps Ralph Lauren printed button-down shirt underneath a mustard quilted jacket. Both pieces were thrifted in New Orléans. Tone always finds cool shit.
