Friday night was our première event of Friday Night Mash, a monthly gathering for artists and art-lovers at Inner Recess Studios. The purpose of our event is to unite and promote local and international artists in all mediums through a collaborative potluck rooted in tradition of socializing and networking.

Our première event featured visual artist and jewelry designer Douriean Fletcher and her line Eklektik Ekhos, and a dessert buffet by Sweet Candy Cravings.

It was a blast setting up the exhibit at the studio. Douriean’s pieces tell stories, and I often found myself lost in the intricate detailing of each piece.
